"I had my first appointment at Lodi Dental today for a general cleaning. The staff (front office and hygienist) were exceptional. Karissa of the front office dealt VERY GRACEFULLY with my insurance as she had to go back and forth with them several times. She was very patient through it all and very communicative and kind. I had Nadine as my hygienist and was very impressed by her - I could tell she cares a lot about the people coming through the office. She provided education and advice over and above doing a good cleaning job. I can't believe I can say it, but I'm almost looking forward to coming to the dentist because of this office's exceptional staff!"

"Very professional and friendly staff. When I arrived, it was discovered that my insurance wasn't covered by this office. The Dr. offered me a complimentary x-ray and exam for an infected tooth, and a course of antibiotics. I will return as a private pay as their service and compassion outweighs any costs."
